Oliviero Zane was born in Venice (1964), where he lives and works. He likes experimenting and uses his ability to try and mould the forms which his imagination is suggesting him. He produces installations, applications and decorative pendants, also using recycled materials. The result is a combination of multiple objects, or parts thereof, which create unusual shapes matching glass, resins, wood and lead giving shape also to light metal. Oliviero uses other techniques such as photography, digital imaging and airbrushing wich are intended to stimulate the viewer to find out meanings that are somehow hidden inside his works.
